I would call it "I Found An Undetectable Way To Cheat (7)".

It is impossible to max all titles(including PvP ones), and it is proved to be impossible to max them all in less than 5 years if you playing two hours a day.

This would not be a good idea, since the only people who can have 35 titles are characters created after LDoA and Survivor were introduced. Older toons only have 34 available titles. So all it would do is cause (another) series of whine threads that older toons can't get LS/LDoA.

That being said, I'm sure if they add just one more max title, it'll be accompanied with r7.

The reason *I* laugh at this is that I recognize that I lost control over GW long, long ago, and even as much as I play toward titles on my main character, I have just over R2 in maxed titles. Here's a person asking to brag and specify that basically they've played over 3x as much as I have, or that they're 3x more helpless than me. If I were playing that much more then I'd hope that friends and family would take it very seriously and help somehow.
